What to Include

A small favor โ€” when you email us, a few details up front make everything faster:

Never โ€” and we mean never โ€” send us your account password, full card numbers, or bank credentials. No legitimate support team will ask for those. If someone claiming to be from us asks for them, report it immediately.

Response Times

We publish this openly because we think it matters: our average first-reply time is around 4โ€“8 hours on weekdays, and most support tickets resolve within 24โ€“48 hours. Complex cases (withdrawal disputes, broker-side issues, KYC verification problems) can take longer because they involve back-and-forth with third-party partners. We'll keep you updated throughout.

If you've emailed us and haven't heard back after 72 hours, please check your spam folder first โ€” gmail occasionally flags our replies โ€” and then send a polite nudge. We don't mind.
